This page is for children who would like to join our Nursery Class from the September after their third birthday. Applications are managed by us directly each year.
Our nurturing and welcoming school is here for the whole community - whether your family have a particular faith or none. Please do come and visit us to see us in action - join us on one of our Nursery tours.
We operate a single intake policy to Nursery. This means all our Nursery age children normally start with us in September. If we still have places, then we may be able to offer places through the year (this is known as 'In Year Admissions'). Please contact the school office for more information if you'd like your child to start now.

All Saints Nursery Provision
Our nursery class is based in a purpose-built building on our school site. Children have access to the whole school site (including our large field, forest school areas, and main school facilities.
The school-run nursery is open each morning in term-time from 8.50am until 12pm. If you need afternoon childcare, children can join 'Little Ladybirds Pre-school and Nursery' from 12pm onwards. Hand-over is seamless - the children stay in the same room. Parents can use 30-hour funding and childcare vouchers to fund their child's place.
Although Little Ladybirds is operated independently of the school, they prioritise places for children allocated a place at our nursery. Please contact them directly (link below) to see what their provision offers each afternoon.
We have carefully designed a curriculum full of play, stories and fun for our Nursery setting. We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage framework, and tailor our provision to the interests and needs of the children in our care.

Applying for a place for September 2025
If you would like a place in our Nursery starting in next September, you need to apply directly to us in school. The link to the online application form is below. Please note - it is only 'live' after the open date on the timeline below.
All applications must be received by the closing date (see below). If places are still available after this main round, parents will still be able to apply for a September place. Please contact the school office directly.

| Monday 17th March 2025 | All Saints will offer places directly to parent by letter or email. |

Appeals
For children who are not offered a place in our Nursery Class
There is no statutory right to appeal if we have not been able to allocate a place for your child in our nursery. All places are offered according to the applicable Admissions Policy. If you feel the policy has not been applied fairly, you can follow the formal complaints policy and process to raise the matter with the Governing Body.
